摘 要:结合超高层建筑机电设备整体吊装面临的设备荷载高、吊装高度高、吊装期间施工场地狭小、大吊装设备作业场地承载力不足、现有吊装设备无法利用等施工难点,对吊装施工工艺进行了研究。从吊装工艺技术可行性与经济性综合考虑后,决定采用人字桅杆吊装工艺,先用汽车吊将热泵机组吊装到裙房顶,再在主楼屋面搭设人字桅杆、卷扬机、滑车半机械吊装体系,通过用人字桅杆角度调整及多台卷扬机配合将热泵机组吊装到位。经工程验证,所述施工方案具有吊装效率高、安全性高的优势,可为同类工程提供有益借鉴。Combined with the construction difficulties faced by the overall hoisting of electromechanical equipment in super high-rise buildings,such as high equipment load,high hoisting height,narrow construction site during hoisting,insufficient bearing capacity of large hoisting equipment operation site,and inability to use existing hoisting equipment,the hoisting construction technology is studied.After considering the technical feasibility and economy of the hoisting process,it is decided to adopt the herringbone mast hoisting process.Firstly,the truck crane is used to hoist the heat pump unit to the skirt roof,and then a semi-mechanical hoisting system of herringbone mast,winch and pulley is set up on the roof of the main building.The heat pump unit is hoisted in place through the angle adjustment of herringbone mast and the cooperation of multiple winches.The engineering verification shows that the construction scheme has the advantages of high hoisting efficiency and high safety,and can provide a useful reference for similar projects.
