摘 要:传统的后浇带两侧的悬挑构件采用普通钢管脚手架支撑,不仅会增加施工难度,还会导致大量钢管等材料无法周转。通过优化,将后浇带的位置调整至距离柱边缘小于1.5 m处,然后在后浇带的另一侧布置工具式支撑,以替代部分脚手架支撑,待后浇带两侧梁、板混凝土达到一定强度后,拆除多余的脚手架支撑和模板,只保留工具式支撑,有效地解决了大面积模板、方木、钢管等材料的留设时间,提高了支模材料的周转率和使用率,施工速度快,节约了施工成本。The traditional cantilevered components on both sides of the post-cast strip are supported by ordinary steel pipe scaffold,which will not only increase the construction difficulty,but also lead to the failure of turnover of a large number of steel pipes and other materials.Through optimization,the position of the post-cast strip is adjusted to less than 1.5 m from the column edge,and then the tool support is arranged on the other side of the post-cast strip to replace part of the scaffold support,and after the beam and slab concrete on both sides of the post-cast strip reaches a certain strength,the excess scaffold support and formwork is removed,and only the tool support is kept.It effectively solves the retention time of large-area formwork,square wood beam,steel pipe and other materials,and improves the turnover rate and utilization rate of formwork materials.The construction speed is fast and the construction cost is saved.
