摘  要:为研究新建盾构穿越软土地区运营双圆地铁隧道过程中既有隧道结构的变形特征,依托上海新建轨道交通14号线云山路站—蓝天路站区间盾构近距离下穿运营中的地铁6号线双圆隧道工程,对既有双圆隧道结构的实时监测数据进行分析,并结合施工过程中的关键控制参数调整,展开探讨。结果表明,新建14号线下穿既有地铁6号线的过程中,既有地铁双圆隧道结构隆沉控制在±2 mm内,满足施工要求,证明了施工控制措施的合理性和有效性。根据穿越过程中的实际施工控制参数,明确了类似工程施工过程中应关注的关键技术参数,即合理设置土仓压力、盾尾注浆量可有效控制施工过程对既有隧道结构变形的不利影响,为后续类似工程提供参考。To study the deformation characteristics of the existing tunnel structure during the new shield tunneling through the double-circle subway tunnel in the soft soil area,relying on the Shanghai new Metro Line 14 Yunshan Road Station–Lantian Road Station section,its shield tunnel underpasses the Metro Line 6 double-circle tunnel project in operation at a close distance,the real-time monitoring data of the existing double-circle tunnel structure are analyzed and discussed in combination with the adjustment of key control parameters in the construction process.The results show that in the process of the new Line 14 under passing the existing Metro Line 6,the heave and settlement of the existing metro double-circle tunnel structure is controlled within±2 mm,which meets the construction requirements.The rationality and effectiveness of construction control measures are proved.According to the actual construction control parameters during the underpassing process,the key technical parameters that should be paid attention to in the construction process of similar projects are defined,that is,the reasonable setting of soil bin pressure and shield tail grouting volume can effectively control the adverse impact of the construction process on the deformation of the existing tunnel structure,so as to provide reference for subsequent similar projects.
