新型家庭观念对商业养老保险参与的影响研究——基于CFPS2018调查数据的经验证据

摘　　要：随着经济社会的发展,社会结构和养老文化的变迁共同促成了人们转变养老观念,老年人更渴求精神赡养,家庭养老的社会化模式得到越来越多人的认可,那么,寻求精神赡养的养老观念,即新型家庭观念能否影响商业养老保险的制度安排呢?文章基于中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)2018年数据,采用因子分析法提取了一个涵盖生活态度、家庭关系、宗族观念的新型家庭观念变量,从社会学视角实证分析新型家庭观念对居民商业养老保险参与的影响并进行机制分析。结果显示:新型家庭观念对商业养老保险参与具有显著的正向影响。进一步研究发现此过程存在部分中介效应:新型家庭观念更容易提升居民的幸福感,进而提高其商业养老保险的参与意愿。异质性结果显示,对受教育年限偏长、中青年、东部地区的居民群体而言新型家庭观念的促进作用更加突出,表明在解决养老问题实践中要做到迎合群体需求,提升目标群体的满意度、幸福感,营造和谐家庭养老氛围,进而促进保险消费意识,积极应对人口老龄化。With the development of economy and society,the changes of social structure and pension culture have jointly contributed to the change of people’s pension concept.The elderly are more eager for spiritual support,and the socialization mode of family pension has been recognized by more and more people.Then,can the pension concept of seeking spiritual support,namely the new family concept,affect the institutional arrangement of commercial pension insurance?Based on the data of China Family Panel Survey in 2018,this paper uses factor analysis to extract a new family concept variable covering attitude to life,family relationship and clan concept,and empirically analyzes the influence of new family concept on residents’participation in commercial endowment insurance from the perspective of sociology.The results show that the new family concept has a significant positive impact on the participation of commercial pension insurance.Further research finds that there is a partial mediating effect in this process:the new family concept is more likely to improve residents’happiness,and then improve their willingness to participate in commercial pension insurance.The results of heterogeneity show that the promoting effect of the new family concept is more prominent for the residents with long education years,middle-aged and young people,and the eastern region,indicating that in the practice of solving the pension problem,we should meet the needs of the group,improve the satisfaction and happiness of the target group,create a harmonious family pension atmosphere,and then promote the awareness of insurance consumption and actively respond to the aging of the population.
