大革命时期广东区委与中共中央关系考察--以鲍罗廷和陈独秀的矛盾为线索

摘　　要：大革命时期,苏联政府代表鲍罗廷控制的广东区委与以陈独秀为首的中共中央之间长期关系紧张。1924年,双方在国民党设立国际联络委员会和孙中山北上等一系列事件上产生了意见分歧。1925年国民党二大前后,又围绕在国民党内是进攻还是退却的问题,形成了截然相反的观点。最初,广东区委似乎比中共中央更保守;但时隔不久,广东区委变成积极进攻,中共中央则主张收缩退却。1926年中山舰事件发生后,中共中央一度转向积极反蒋,而鲍罗廷却力主妥协,并劝说广东区委接受《整理党务案》。广东区委与中共中央的这种屡屡步调不一致,其实是中共早期党组织建设不健全的表现。可以说,正是由于没有形成一个成熟的党中央,没有形成全党的团结统一,在很大程度上导致了大革命失败。During the period of the Great Revolution,the relationship between the Guangdong District Party Com-mittee controlled by Soviet adviser Borodin and the CPC Central Committee headed by Chen Duxiu was tense for a long time.In 1924,the two sides disagreed on a series of issues,such as establishment of the“International Li-aison Committee”and Sun Yat-sen’s move to the north.At about the time of the Kuomintang’s Second National Congress in 1925,there were completely opposite views regarding the question of whether to attack or to retreat from the Kuomintang.Initially,the Guangdong District Party Committee seemed more conservative than the Shanghai Central Committee.But after a while,the Guangdong District Party Committee actively advocated on be-half of an attack,and the Shanghai Central Committee advocated a retreat.After the Zhongshan warship incident in 1926,the CPC Central Committee once again turned to actively opposing Chiang Kai-shek,but Borodin urged compromise and persuaded the Guangdong District Committee to accept the“arrangement of party affairs.”The inconsistencies between the Guangdong District Party Committee and the Shanghai Central Committee were actually indicative of imperfections in the early organizational construction of the CPC.It can be said that the failure to form a mature central committee and to achieve party unity to a large extent led to the failure of the Great Revolution.
