国内外整车风洞试验标准研究

摘　　要：汽车风洞试验是利用风洞试验室确定汽车空气动力学、发动机冷却、空调冷热、声学等性能参数的整车产品性能开发验证方法,目前行业内得到广泛使用。受到风洞设备、试验方法等差异的影响,风洞试验数据结果差异较大。不同风洞试验室由于地域和建成时间的不同,设备使用环境和先进性差异无法避免。因此,需建立和推广统一风洞试验标准,进行相关性试验研究并建立风洞试验数据相关性,使不同汽车风洞试验结果能在统一试验条件和方法下进行横向比较。文中主要对在一定范围内具有协商一致性、结果可比较性汽车风洞试验标准为研究对象,对国内外先进汽车风洞试验标准进行研究和分析,并结合国内汽车风洞测试技术的运用和发展现状,探讨了国内外汽车风洞试验标准差异性,提出了对汽车风洞试验技术和建立风洞试验标准发展的理解。Automotive wind tunnel tests are highly used developing tools and important measurement methods for automotive performances in aerodynamics,engine cooling,HVAC and aeroacoustics by using its facility.The result of wind tunnel test always make much differences because of test procedure,wind tunnel facility etc.the facilities differences for wind tunnels with different regions and construction time cannot be avoid.Therefore,establishing and popularizing a uniform wind tunnel test standard documents are strongly desirable to achieve correlation relationship between wind tunnels by researching,and make results comparison under same condition and method.This paper mainly focus on the automotive wind tunnel test standards which has consensus within certain regions,and whose result could be comparable to make research and analysis.Moreover,the differences in automotive testing standards are discussed combining with the applying situation for wind testing technology in domestic and overseas,giving a comprehension towards automotive wind tunnel test technology and standard development.
