摘 要:为探索栓皮栎种子的最佳贮藏处理措施,解决栓皮栎种子贮藏困难和易受病虫危害,导致春播造林成活率低的问题。笔者采用室外沙藏、控温冷藏2种贮藏方式,结合温水浸种、杀虫剂拌种、杀虫剂熏蒸3种不同消毒杀虫处理方式进行对比试验。结果表明,不同贮藏处理措施的种子,出苗率差别较大。冷库贮藏效果优于室外沙藏,杀虫剂熏蒸优于其他消毒杀虫方式。因此,栓皮栎种子的最优贮藏方式是杀虫剂熏蒸后冷库恒温保存。In order to explore the best storage and treatment measures for the seeds of Quercus variabilis,and solve the problems that Quercus variabilis seeds were difficult to store and vulnerable to diseases and pests which resulting in low survival rate of spring sowing afforestation.Comparative test were carried out with 2 storage methods(outdoor sand storage and temperature controlled cold storage)combined with 3 different disinfection and insecticide treatment methods(seed soaking in warm water,seed dressing with insecticide and insecticide fumigation).The results showed that the emergence rate of seeds with different storage treatments was significantly different.Cold storage was better than outdoor sand storage,and insecticide fumigation was better than other disinfection and insecticide methods.Therefore,the best way to store Quercus variabilis seeds was cold storage with constant temperature after insecticide fumigation.
