摘 要:针对辐射空调系统制冷量不足和辐射板易结露的问题,提出将辐射空调与新风系统耦合的送风一体化末端诱导式重力循环柜,该重力循环柜将处理后的新风和室内回风进行混合,然后在自然对流的作用下通过毛细辐射管进行降温冷却,实现下送上回的气流分布方式。搭建诱导式重力循环柜实验台,研究诱导式重力循环柜性能和室内热舒适性。结果表明:重力柜辐射传热系数在5.2~5.5 W/(m^(2)·K)之间,对流传热系数的范围为8.0~11.0 W/(m^(2)·K);供水温度在14~18℃时,送风含湿量为10 g/kg左右,无结露现象。当供水温度为13℃时,送风含湿量为9.6 g/kg,毛细辐射管表面有结露现象产生。当供水温度为10~14℃,预测平均评价(Predicted Mean Vote,PMV)在-0.5~0.5之间,能满足人体热舒适性要求。Aiming at the problems of cooling capacity and radiation plate condensation in radiation air conditioning system,an integrated end induced gravity circulation cabinet combining radiation air conditioning and fresh air system is proposed.The processed fresh air and indoor return air are mixed in the gravity circulation cabinet,then the capillary radiation tube is cooled down under the action of natural convection,which can realize the distribution mode of downward and upward airflow.The experimental platform of the induced gravity circulation cabinet was established to investigate the performance of the induced gravity circulation cabinet and indoor comfort level.The results show that the radiative heat transfer coefficient of gravity cabinet is in the range of 5.2~5.5 W/(m~2·K),and the convective heat transfer coefficient is in the range of 8.0~11.0 W/(m~2·K);When the temperature of supply water is 14~18 ℃,the moisture content of the supply air is about 10 g/kg,and there is no condensation phenomenon.When the temperature of supply water is 13 ℃,the moisture content of the supply air is 9.6 g/kg,and condensation occurs on the surface of the capillary radiator tube.When the temperature of supply water is 10~14 ℃,PMV is between-0.5 and 0.5,and it can meet the requirements of thermal comfort for humans.
