摘  要:建筑材料的霉菌污染对于室内环境、人体健康和建筑物本体都有负面影响。霉菌生长与许多环境因素有关,主要包括温度、湿度、基质和曝露时间。准确的霉菌生长预测模型是进行建筑优化设计、防止室内霉菌生长的重要工具。本文总结了七种常见的关于建筑材料霉菌生长的预测模型,发现不同预测模型对于霉菌生长影响因素及其关系、实验方式、模型建立和霉菌生长评估的考虑存在差异,且大部分模型不适用于非稳态条件。此外,现有的模型均假设边界条件已知,而实际建筑中的环境条件往往具有不确定性,故现有模型的精度和适用性有限。通过对现有模型的对比分析,探讨了建筑材料霉菌生长预测模型发展方向。Mould contamination on building materials poses risks to the indoor environment,occupants’ health,and building constructions.Many factors influence mould growth,and the dominant ones are temperature,humidity,substrate,and exposure time.A reliable mould prediction model is essential for building optimization design and indoor mould prevention.This paper gives an overview of seven mould prediction models on building materials.These models have different considerations regarding factors and their relations,experimental set-ups,model-fitting methodology,and evaluation methods for mould growth.Besides,most models have limited applicability to unstable conditions.The existing mould prediction models assume that boundary conditions are known;however,environmental conditions in real buildings are often uncertain,so the current models have limited accuracy and applicability.The present paper aims to provide future perspectives for upgrading mould prediction models in building materials through comparative analysis of the existing models.
