摘 要:我国近零能耗建筑发展迅速,并呈现从单体到社区规模化推广的趋势。以大幅降低建筑与社区冷热电负荷需求和提升可再生能源使用率为目标,近零能耗建筑和社区更重视可再生能源高比例应用以及蓄能系统设备的配置。本研究从40个近零能耗建筑及16个近零能耗社区案例着手,分析了其能源系统(供冷/热/电)、关键蓄能技术的集成方式,建立了能源系统架构表。结果显示,近零能耗建筑偏重于利用可再生能源供冷热,而社区则偏重于利用可再生能源供电;多能互补复合式热泵系统以及太阳能吸收式制冷系统是常用的能源系统集成方式;由于高比例可再生能源的渗透,蓄能技术在近零能耗建筑与社区中的应用,可以有效提升自身可再生能能源消纳能力、削减尖峰负荷以及降低运行成本及碳排放。In China nearly-zero energy buildings are developing rapidly,and there is a trend of large-scale promotion from single buildings to communities.With the goal of greatly reducing the demand for cooling,heating and electricity loads in buildings and communities and increasing the utilization rate of renewable energy,nearly-zero energy buildings and communities pay more attention to the high proportion of renewable energy applications and the configuration of energy storage system equipment.This study starts from 40 nearly-zero energy buildings and 16 nearly-zero energy community cases,analyses their energy system integration methods of energy supply and storage technologies,and establishes an energy system architecture table.The results show that nearly-zero energy buildings tend to use renewable energy for cooling and heating,while communities tend to use renewable energy for power supply;multi-energy complementary composite heat pump systems and solar absorption cooling systems are commonly used as energy system integration methods;Due to the penetration of a high proportion of renewable energy,the application of energy storage technology in nearly-zero energy buildings and communities can effectively improve its own renewable energy consumption capacity,reduce peak loads,and reduce operating costs and carbon emissions.
