摘  要:传统的眼部药物制剂多为滴眼液或眼膏剂,这些药物制剂在眼表给药时,存在给药效率低、病人依从性差等缺陷。载药角膜接触镜能够克服这些缺陷,因而备受重视。提高载药角膜接触镜的药物装载量以及增强药物的缓释性能,是载药角膜接触镜研究和开发的主要焦点。近年来,以分子印迹水凝胶材料制备的载药角膜接触镜能够显著提高药物装载量和缓释性能,因此被广泛研究。本文就分子印迹水凝胶载药角膜接触镜在传递眼科药物中的应用现状,以及各种因素对药物装载量和缓释性能的影响进行综述。Traditional ophthalmic pharmaceutical preparations are mostly eye drops or eye ointments,which have the disadvantages of low efficiency and poor patient compliance in application.Drug-loaded contact lenses can overcome these shortcomings and have attracted much attention.Improving drug loading capacity and enhancing sustained-release performance of drug-loaded contact lenses are the main focus of research and development.In recent years,drug-loaded contact lenses made of molecularly imprinted hydrogel can significantly improve drug loading capacity and sustained-release performance,and have been widely studied.The application status of molecularly imprinted hydrogel drug-loaded contact lenses in the delivery of ophthalmic drugs,as well as the effects of various factors on drug loading capacity and sustained-release performance were reviewed in this article.
