摘 要:为进一步提高增材制造制备高熵合金的力学性能,设计了一种适合增材制造的沉淀强化高熵合金,采用直接激光沉积法成功制备了墙状高熵合金,墙状高熵合金外形结构均匀、尺寸可控。沉积态的高熵合金具有良好的机械性能,经过1200℃固溶2h后600℃时效120h,机械性能达到最优组合,拉伸强度达到959MPa,拉伸伸长率为13%,硬度为443HV。研究了沉积态、固溶态和时效态的显微组织。这些研究结果将为高熵合金配方体系的拓展,以及航空航天薄壁零件增材制造制备技术的进一步发展起到积极推动作用。To further improve the mechanical properties of high entropy alloys prepared by additive manufacturing,a precipitationstrengthening high entropy alloy suitable for additive manufacturing was designed,and the wall-like high entropy alloy was successfully prepared by direct laser deposition method,and the wall-like high entropy alloy had a uniform shape structure and controllable dimensions.The deposited high-entropy alloy has good mechanical properties,and after solid solution at 1200°C for 2h followed by aging at 600°C for 120h,the mechanical properties reached the optimal combination of tensile strength of 959 MPa,tensile elongation of 13%,and hardness of 443HV.The microstructures of the deposited,solid solution,and aging states were investigated.The results of these studies will play a positive role in promoting the expansion of high-entropy alloy formulation systems and the further development of additive manufacturing technology for thin-walled aerospace parts.
