摘　　要：瓯江彩鲤(Oujiang color common carp)俗称“田鱼”,具有生长迅速快、耐粗食、抗逆性强等特点,且肉质细嫩、营养丰富、鳞片柔软还可食用,其体色艳丽,有全红、大花、麻花、粉玉、粉玉花等多种多样的体色,在中国的鲤科鱼类中极为罕见,也作为经济价值较高的观赏鱼产业进行养殖。稻田养殖瓯江彩鲤,通过对稻田实施工程化改造,实现水稻稳产、增加养殖品种、提高经济效益、减少农药化肥施用量,是一种生态循环农业发展稻渔综合种养模式。2021年,在吉林省大安市四棵树乡山湾村利用9亩稻田养殖瓯江彩鲤试验,单产40.1kg/亩,单位面积经济效益308.3元/亩。Oujiang color common carp,commonly known as"field fish",has the characteristics of fast growth,coarse food tolerance,strong stress resistance,and tender meat,rich nutrition,soft scales can also be eaten,its body color is gorgeous,there are all red,big flower,hemp flower,pink jade,pink jade flower and a variety of body color,it is very rare in cyprinid fish in China and can also be used as ornamental fish industry with high economic value for breeding.Rice field breeding Oujiang color common carp,through the implementation of engineering transformation of rice field,achieving stable rice yield,increasing aquatic products,improving economic benefits,reducing the amount of pesticide and fertilizer application,is an ecological cycle agricultural development mode.In 2021,in Shanwan Village,Sikeshu Town,Daan City of Jilin Province,we used 9 mu of paddy field to breed Oujiang color common carp,with a yield of 40.1kg/mu and economic benefit of 308.3 yuan/mu per unit area.
