摘  要:北斗卫星导航系统已于2020年7月正式开通全球服务,向广大用户提供基本导航、星基增强、区域短报文等服务,其中,区域短报文服务所具备的通信导航融合功能是我国北斗卫星导航系统的重要特色之一。文章首先分析了RDSS单向授时、双向授时原理,总结了北斗三号RDSS授时服务的特点,提出了北斗三号RDSS区域授时偏差监测评估方法,并设计了网格化区域授时偏差预测流程。通过文章所提出的方法,可以在有限数量授时监测站的条件下,实现区域授时精度监测与用户授时偏差预测。Beidou satellite navigation system has officially opened global services in July 2020,providing basic navigation,satellite-based enhancement,regional short messages and other services to the majority of users,of which the communication and navigation integration of regional short message services is one of the important features of China's Beidou satellite navigation system.Firstly,the principle of one-way timing and two-way timing of RDSS is analyzed,the characteristics of BD3 RDSS timing service are summarized,the monitoring and evaluation method of Timing Deviation of BD3 RDSS region is proposed,and the timing deviation prediction process of gridded region is designed.Through the method proposed in this paper,the prediction of regional timing accuracy monitoring and user timing deviation can be realized under the condition of a limited number of timing monitoring stations.
