摘 要:为查明金品位2.7g/t的胶东某金矿石中金的赋存状态,利用矿冶科技集团有限公司自主研发的矿物自动定量分析系统———工艺矿物学自动分析仪(BPMA),结合扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)、化学物相分析等综合手段,系统研究了金矿石的工艺矿物学特征,查明了矿石的矿物组成、嵌布特征、粒度分布,详细测定了矿石中金矿物的种类、金与载体矿物之间的镶嵌关系、金矿物的粒度分布、金在矿石中的赋存状态等关键参数,并阐明了影响矿石中金回收的矿物学因素,为选矿流程设计与优化提供可靠、有效的参考建议。BPMA-SEM-EDS是一种高效、可靠、准确分析矿石中金赋存状态的方法。In order to define the gold occurrence state of a gold ore with low-grade Au 2.7g/t from northwestern Jiaodong Peninsula,Shandong province,systemic process mineralogy research was carried out with instruments such as scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray spectrometers(EDS),X-ray diffraction(XRD),chemical phase analysis and the BGRIMM Process Mineralogy Analyzer(BPMA),which was the first SEM-based automated mineralogy(AM)system in China,developed independently by the BGRIMM Technology Group(China).The various quantitative mineralogical data such as mineral compositions,mineral associations,and grain size distribution of main sulfide minerals were analyzed,and the type of gold in the ore,inlay state and the size of gold minerals,the mode of gold occurrence were identified.Some mineralogical factors affecting the gold ore recovery were described,and an optimized plan was given.BPMA-SEM-EDS in situ analysis was an efficient,reliable and accurate method for the investigation of fine-grained gold minerals.
