摘 要:秘鲁某铁选厂每年产出尾矿340万t,尾矿中含有铜、硫、铁等多种有价元素,若加以回收,价值非常可观。为充分开发该尾矿资源,对其进行了选矿试验研究。结合矿石性质,经过大量探索试验,确定采用铜硫混浮—铜硫分离—铜硫尾矿再选铁的工艺流程,在海水介质条件下,使用高效捕收起泡剂酯-112,最终获得了铜品位25.22%,铜回收率88.03%的铜精矿;硫品位42.12%,硫回收率91.28%的硫精矿和铁品位68.90%,铁回收率13.92%的铁精矿,选别指标良好。An iron dressing plant in Peru produces 3.4million tons of iron dressing tailings every year.The iron tailings contain copper,sulfur,iron and other valuable elements,which are of considerable value.In order to fully develop the tailings,it is proposed to carry out beneficiation tests.On the basis of the study of the properties of raw ore,through a lot of exploratory tests,the principle process flow of copper-sulfur bulk flotation-copper-sulfur separation-iron separation from copper-sulfur tailings was determined.Under the condition of seawater medium,the high efficiency collecting frother ester-112was used to obtain a copper concentrate with copper grade of 25.22%and copper recovery of 88.03%,sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade 42.12%,sulfur recovery 91.28%and iron concentrate with iron grade of 68.90%and iron recovery of 13.92%.The beneficiation indexes are good.
