摘 要:新疆某深部高硫铜锌矿石含铜1.33%、锌1.11%、硫30.68%,伴生金、银品位分别为0.23g/t和22.51g/t,主要有用矿物为黄铜矿和闪锌矿,未解离的铜锌矿物主要与黄铁矿贫连生,粒度较细。针对此特点,引进超细磨设备,采用“铜锌混浮—粗精矿再磨—抑锌浮铜—铜尾选锌”的选矿工艺进行综合回收,最终可获得铜精矿铜品位28.89%、铜回收率87.77%、含锌2.14%、含金1.18g/t、含银143.63g/t,锌精矿锌品位53.55%、锌回收率76.54%、含铜1.45%、含金0.97g/t、含银99.84g/t的良好技术指标。A deep high-sulfur copper-zinc ore in Xinjiang contains Cu 1.33%,Zn 1.11%and S 30.68%,with associated gold and silver grades of 0.23g/t and 22.51g/t,respectively.The main useful minerals are chalcopyrite and sphalerite,and the undissociated copper-zinc minerals are mainly associated with pyrite with poor grain size.In view of this characteristic,the ultrafine grinding equipment was introduced,and the beneficiation process of copper-zinc bulk flotation-rougher concentrate regrinding-zinc depression and copper flotation-zinc tailings beneficiation was adopted for comprehensive recovery.And finally copper concentrate with Cu grade of 28.89%,Cu recovery of 87.77%,Zn content of 2.14%,Au content of 1.18g/t and Ag content of 143.63g/t and zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 53.55%,Zn recovery of 76.54%,Cu content of 1.45%,Au content of 0.97g/t and Ag content of 99.84g/t were obtained.
