摘  要:某锡铜共生硫化矿是以黄铜矿和锡石为主要有价矿物的多金属硫化矿石,同时含有大量的硅酸盐、碳酸盐及钙、铁脉石矿物。根据矿石性质特点,进行了多种选矿工艺流程和药剂制度试验,确定了最佳选矿工艺及参数,对锡铜等有价金属进行了充分回收。矿石含铜1.05%、锡0.34%、硫7.19%,采用强选择性硫化铜捕收剂和锡石组合捕收剂,经过铜硫混浮—铜硫分离—粗粒锡石重选、细粒锡石浮选—摇床精选的联合工艺流程选别,获得了铜精矿中铜品位25.05%、回收率91.78%;锡精矿中锡品位42.20%、回收率64.32%较好的选别指标。A tin-copper paragenetic sulfide ore is a polymetallic sulfide ore with chalcopyrite and cassiterite as the main valuable minerals and contains a large number of silicates,carbonates and their calcium and iron gangue minerals.According to the characteristics of the ore,a variety of mineral processing flowsheet and reagent system tests were carried out,the best mineral processing technology and parameters were determined,and the tin,copper and other valuable metals were fully recovered.The ore contains Cu 1.05%,Sn 0.34%and S 7.19%.The strong selective collector of copper sulfide and cassiterite were used.Copper concentrate with Cu grade of 25.05%and Cu recovery of 91.78%and tin concentrate with Sn grade of of 42.20%and Sn recovery of 64.32%were obtained by the combined flowsheet of copper-sulphur bulk flotation-copper-sulphur separation-gravity separation of coarse cassiterite and flotation of fine cassiterite-table cleaning.
