白背三七叶总黄酮的提取及其抗菌活性

摘　　要：研究溶剂浓度、料液质量浓度、提取温度对白背三七叶总黄酮提取率的影响,并用TTC比色法测试总黄酮的抗菌活性。结果表明:在以体积分数60%的乙醇作溶剂、料液质量浓度为(1/30)/(g/mL)、提取温度为60℃条件下,白背三七叶总黄酮的提取率较高;总黄酮对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌活性较好,最低抑菌质量浓度为15.63μg/mL。The effects of solvent concentration,solid-liquid ratio and extraction temperature on the extraction rate of total flavonoids from Gynura divaricata(L.)DC.leaves were studied,and the antibacterial activity of the total flavonoids was tested by TTC colorimetric method.The results showed that under the conditions of 60%ethanol as solvent,1/30 solid-liquid mass concentration and 60℃extraction temperature,the extraction rate of total flavonoids from leaves of Gynura divaricata(L.)DC was high.The total flavonoids had good antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus,and the minimum inhibitory mass concentration was 15.63μg/mL.
