摘 要:目的:探讨“团队自主学习+腾讯会议”的线上教学模式在骨科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法:将2020年60名在我院接受骨科住院医师规范化培训的住培医师随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用传统授课的教学模式,观察组采用“团队自主学习+腾讯会议”的线上教学模式。规培结束出科前采取问卷调查方式对2组住培医师自身综合素质能力提升情况进行评价,同时采取出科考试方式对2组住培医师的理论知识掌握水平进行评价。结果:2组住培医师难点知识理解情况、相关知识拓展情况、自学能力、团队协作能力、表达能力、沟通能力、解决问题能力、学习兴趣、求知欲以及团队互助等指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组;2组住培医师的出科考试总成绩比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中名词解释、单选题及判断题比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而观察组综合分析题成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:“团队自主学习+腾讯会议”线上教学模式可满足骨科住院医师规范化培训要求,教学效果显著,对于提升骨科住培医师的综合素质能力有积极的意义。Objective:To explore the application effect of online teaching mode of“team independent learning+tencent conference”in standardized training of orthopaedic residents.Methods:A total of 60 residents who received standardized training of orthopedics residents in our hospital in 2020 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.The observation group adopted the online teaching mode of“team independent learning+tencent conference”.At the end of the scheduled training,questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the improvement of the comprehensive quality and ability.The level of theoretical knowledge of the two groups was evaluated by examination.Results:There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the understanding of difficult knowledge,expansion of relevant knowledge,self-learning ability,teamwork ability,expression ability,communication ability,problem-solving ability,learning interest,thirst for knowledge and team mutual assistance(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group.Meanwhile,the total scores of the examination in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there were no statistically significant differences in terms of interpretation,single choice and judgment questions(P>0.05),while the score of the comprehensive questions in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The online teaching mode of“team independent learning+tencent conference”can meet the standardized training requirements of orthopaedic residents,with significant teaching effect,and has positive significance for improving the comprehensive quality and ability of orthopaedic residents.
