摘　　要：简述了同步电机四种转子磁极结构特点,并对比分析了此四种结构的优缺点及适用范围。特别介绍了两种高速大功率实心磁极转子固定结构,包括双鸽尾三键磁极结构和改进版螺钉固定结构。This paper briefly describes the characteristics of four kinds of rotor magnetic pole structures of synchronous motor,and compares and analyzes their advantages,disadvantages and applicable ranges.Two kinds of fixation structures of high-speed large-power solid magnetic pole rotor such as double-dovetail three-key structure and improved screw fixation structure are introduced specially.
