摘 要:高压防爆电动机在湿热环境中维持运载稳定与安全尤为重要,测试高压防爆电动机的耐湿热性能也是电机研发过程中的重要环节,为此提出高压防爆电动机耐湿热性能试验研究。使用交变温湿环境模拟控制进行湿、热环境模拟,并且根据极限值确定试验周期,在选择合适的试验箱后,对电动机性能变化测试分析。实验结果表明:设计的试验方法,在对高压防爆电动机进行耐湿热性能试验的过程中,能够保证试验环境的稳定,得到精准的试验参数,减少试验误差。It is particularly important to ensure the stability and safety operation of high-voltage explosion-proof motors in moisture-heat environment,and the moisture-heat test is also an important link in the research and development processes of high-voltage explosion-proof motors.Therefore,the study on moisture-heat test of high-voltage explosion-proof motors is proposed in this paper.Through simulating the alternating humidity and heat environment and determining the test cycle based on the limiting value,the performance change of the motor is tested and analyzed after the selection of appropriate test chamber.The experimental results show that the designed test method can ensure stability of the experiment environment,obtain the accurate test parameters and reduce the test error in the moisture-heat test of high-voltage explosion-proof motor.
