营口市城市排水系统精细化管理对策研究

摘　　要：城市排水系统的正常运转对城市健康可持续发展具有重要意义。在分析营口市排水系统管理现状的基础上,识别城市排水系统管理中存在的底数不清、管理碎片化、排水许可落实难等问题,针对性地提出营口市城市排水系统精细化管理对策,以期为东北老工业城市乃至全国同类城市排水系统精细化管理提供一定的参考。The normal operation of urban drainage system is of great significance to the healthy and sustainable development of a city.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the drainage system management in Yingkou,this paper identifies the problems in the management of the urban drainage system,such as unclear data,fragmented management,and difficulty in drainage licensing,and puts forward the refined management countermeasures for the urban drainage system in Yingkou.It is expected to provide some reference for the drainage system refined management of the old industrial cities in Northeast China and even similar cities in the country.
