摘 要:为优化动静压气体止推轴承的承载特性,设计一种具有螺旋槽和狭缝节流器结构的动静压气体止推轴承,采用Fluent对轴承静态特性进行仿真分析,通过改变主轴转速、供气压力,研究气膜厚度、螺旋槽宽度、狭缝厚度等参数对轴承静态特性的影响。结果表明:相对狭缝节流止推轴承,增加螺旋槽结构可以提升轴承的动压效应增强,从而提升轴承的承载力和刚度;相同条件下,气膜厚度越大,轴承的承载力和刚度越小;主轴转速和供气压力增加,承载力和刚度均提升明显;螺旋槽宽度增加,轴承的承载力和刚度先增大后减小;狭缝厚度增大,轴承的承载力先增大后不变,刚度先增加后减小;狭缝深度提升,轴承的承载力减小,刚度先增大后减小。In order to optimize the bearing characteristics of hybrid gas thrust bearing,a hybrid gas thrust bearing with spiral groove and slit restrictor structure was designed.The static characteristics of the bearing were simulated and analyzed with Fluent.By changing the spindle speed and gas supply pressure,the influences of gas film thickness,spiral groove width,slit thickness and other parameters on the static characteristics of the bearing were studied.The results show that compared with the thrust bearing with slot throttling,the increase of spiral groove structure can enhance the dynamic pressure effect of the bearing,so as to improve the bearing capacity and stiffness of the bearing.Under the same conditions,the larger the film thickness,the smaller the bearing capacity and stiffness.With the increase of spindle speed and gas supply pressure,the bearing capacity and stiffness are significantly improved.With the increase of spiral groove width,the bearing capacity and stiffness first increase and then decrease.With the increase of slot thickness,the bearing capacity first increases and then remains unchanged,and the stiffness first increases and then decreases.With the increase of slot depth,the bearing capacity decreases and the stiffness first increases and then decreases.
