摘　　要：目的评价术前麻醉评估中心在胸科手术中的效果, 为提高围手术期患者麻醉安全质量提供保障。方法选取2020年7月1日—2021年2月1日进行胸科手术的患者1 600例, 按随机数字表法分为常规访视组(对照组)和术前麻醉评估中心组(观察组), 每组800例。对照组患者于手术前1 d由麻醉医师去病房进行访视和风险评估;观察组于手术前1 d至术前麻醉评估中心, 由麻醉科护士配合麻醉医师进行风险评估。比较两组患者手术当日取消率、患者心理焦虑缓解率、对麻醉科医护人员的满意度、麻醉医师平均评估时间。结果与对照组比较, 观察组手术当日取消率降低(χ^(2)=4.13, P=0.042), 患者心理焦虑缓解率升高(χ^(2)=249.66, P<0.001), 对麻醉科医护人员的满意度升高(χ^(2)=310.98 , P<0.001 ), 麻醉医师平均评估时间缩短(t=53.00, P<0.001 )。结论术前麻醉评估中心的建立降低了手术当日取消率, 缓解患者的紧张和焦虑情绪, 从而促进患者良好的预后结局。Objective To evaluate the effect of preoperative anesthesia evaluation center in thoracic surgery,so as to provide guarantee for improving the safety and quality of perioperative anesthesia.Methods A total of 1600 patients undergoing thoracic surgery from July 1,2020 to February 1,2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups(n=800):a routine visit(control)group and a preoperative anesthesia evaluation center(observation)group.Patients in the con⁃trol group were visited and evaluated by anesthesiologists one day before surgery,while those in the observation group were evaluated by an anesthesiologist and an anesthesiologist one day before surgery in preoperative anesthesia evaluation center.Both groups were compared for operation cancellation rate on that day,patients'psychological anxiety relief rate,the satisfaction of medical staff,and av⁃erage anesthesiologist evaluation time.Results The cancellation rate on the day of operation in the observation group was signifi⁃cantly lower than that of the control group(χ^(2)=4.13,P=0.042).Meanwhile,compared with the control group,the observation group showed significantly alleviated psychological anxiety(χ^(2)=249.66,P<0.001),improved satisfaction of medical staff(χ^(2)=310.98,P<0.001),and shortened average anesthesiologist evaluation time(t=53.00,P<0.001).Conclusions Establishment of preoperative anesthesia evaluation center can reduce the operation cancellation rate on the day of surgery and alleviate patient tension and anxiety,thus promoting a favorable prognosis for patients.
