摘 要:以市面上流行的49块羽绒服面料试样为研究对象,对其克重、厚度、透气性、沾水性能、抗静水压和透湿性能进行了测试,分析了性能间关系。并自制简易的出汗暖体假人装置,模拟人体热湿传递,研究面料与人体间的微环境温湿度变化,提取了3个评价羽绒服面料热湿舒适性能指标。再利用模糊综合评价方法对结构性能参数进行分析,实现面料的综合舒适性评价。结果表明:面料的透气性与透湿性能呈正相关,透湿性能与渗水性能呈负相关;3个指标为达到的最大湿度值、湿度下降速率和温度回升速率。综合评价结果与面料在市场上受欢迎程度基本吻合。49 popular down jacket fabric samples in the market were taken as the research objects,the gram weight,thickness,air permeability,wettability,hydrostatic pressure resistance and moisture permeability of the samples were tested,and the relationship between the properties was analyzed.A simple self-made sweating thermal manikin was made to simulate the heat and moisture transfer of human body and study the changes of the micro-environment temperature and humidity between the fabric and human body,and three indexes to evaluate thermal and moisture comfort performance of down jacket fabric were extracted.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to analyze the structural performance parameters to realize the comprehensive comfort evaluation of the fabrics.The results showed that the air permeability of the fabric was positively correlated with the moisture permeability while the moisture permeability was negatively correlated with the water permeability.The three indexes were the maximum humidity,the humidity decline rate and the temperature rise rate.The comprehensive evaluation results were basically consistent with the popularity of the fabrics in the market.
