摘 要:为推动织物热湿性能测试仪器的研究,利用仿真技术对出汗圆筒式仪器的出汗圆筒进行优化设计,分别研究了圆筒内部加热结构、外筒材料以及孔径大小的影响。发现利用竖直内筒加热的方式加热均匀且效率高,外筒材料选用筒可以使热传递的曲线更接近皮肤的热传递,外筒上分布的孔孔径越小,越有利于测试面温度的均匀分布。除此之外,还利用数值圆筒模型对织物在不同空气层厚度及环境情况下热湿传递进行了预测和分析。In order to promote the research of fabric thermal and moisture performance testers,the sweating cylinder of sweating cylindrical instruments was optimally designed by simulation technology,and the influence of the internal heating structure,outer cylinder material and pore size of the cylinder was studied respectively.It was found that the vertical inner cylinder heating method had even heating effect and high efficiency,the selected cylinder of outer cylinder material could make the heat transfer curve closer to the skin's heat transfer,and the smaller the pore size distributed on the outer cylinder,the more conducive to the even distribution of the test surface temperature.In addition,the numerical cylinder model was used to predict and analyze the heat and moisture transfer of fabrics under different air layer thicknesses and environmental conditions.
