摘  要:为了研究3D熔喷聚丙烯材料的静态缓冲性能,主要对不同厚度下的3D熔喷聚丙烯材料进行透气性、顶破性能、断裂拉伸性能和循环压缩回复性能的测试,分析其对试样性能的影响。结果表明,3D熔喷聚丙烯材料厚度越薄,试样的孔隙率越高,透气性越好,但其顶破性能、抗拉抗压性能越差;厚度越厚,试样透气性越差,抗压性能越差,更易产生塑性变形,但其对试样的弹性回复变形影响较小,试样具有较好的静态缓冲性能。In order to study the static cushioning properties of 3D melt blown polypropylene materials,the air permeability,bursting properties,fracture tensile properties and cyclic compression recovery properties of 3D melt blown polypropylene materials with different thicknesses were tested,and their effects on the properties of the samples were analyzed.The results showed that the thinner the thickness of 3D melt blown polypropylene,the higher the porosity of the sample,the better the air permeability,but the worse the bursting property,tensile and compressive properties;and the thicker the thickness,the worse the air permeability and compression properties of the sample.It was easier to produce plastic deformation,but it had less effect on the elastic recovery deformation of the sample,and the sample had better static cushioning property.
