摘 要:以具吸湿梯度的三层吸湿发热织物为基础面料,采用吸湿排汗整理剂HP对织物进行亲水整理,研究了不同整理方式、整理工艺对织物吸湿发热性能的影响。结果表明:对织物内层进行印花亲水整理,吸湿排汗整理剂浓度为60g/L、增稠剂浓度为50g/L、印花整理面积比75.42%、涂覆4次时,织物具有最优的吸湿匀缓发热效果,实现了吸湿发热最大化,且耐洗性较好。Based on the three-layer moisture absorption and heating fabric with moisture absorption gradient,the moisture absorption and sweat removal finishing agent HP was used to conduct hydrophilic finishing for the fabric,and the influence of different finishing methods and finishing processes on the moisture absorption and heating performance of the fabric was studied.The results showed that when the inner layer of the fabric was conducted printing and hydrophilic finishing,the concentration of moisture absorption and sweat removal finishing agent was 60g/L and the thickener agent was 50g/L,the area ratio of printing and finishing was 75.42%and the coating times was 4,the fabric had good washing resistance and the optimal effect of moisture absorption and slow heat generation,which realized the maximum moisture absorption and heat generation.
