摘 要:针对迭代涤纶分散染料染色后进行还原清洗存在保险粉稳定性差、废水处理难度大等问题,采用自制金属蛋白配合物/双氧水体系对分散染料染色迭代涤纶织物进行氧化清洗去浮色后处理。探究氧化清洗工艺条件对迭代涤纶织物耐皂洗色牢度的影响,优化出氧化清洗的最佳处理工艺,其为:在90℃下,加入5mL/L H_(2)O_(2)和2g/L金属蛋白配合物处理5min后,再加入1g/L NaOH继续处理10min,并与传统还原清洗后处理效果进行比较。结果表明:实验选用的四种分散染料染色的涤纶织物经过氧化清洗去除浮色后,织物的耐皂洗牢度基本达到传统还原清洗的效果,而且氧化清洗属于无硫清洗方法,值得深入研究。Aiming at the problems of poor stability of insurance powder and difficulty in wastewater treatment after iterative polyester was dyed by disperse dye,self-made metal protein complex/hydrogen peroxide system was adopted to oxidize cleaning the floating color of the disperse dyed iterative polyester fabric.The effects of oxidation cleaning technology conditions on the soaping fastness of the iterative polyester fabric were explored.The optimal oxidation cleaning process was obtained as follows:2g/L metal protein complex and 5mL/L 30%H_(2)O_(2) were added together at 90℃for 5min,and then1g/L NaOH was added and processed for 10min.The effects were compared with those treated by traditional reduction cleaning methods.The results showed that after oxidation cleaning to remove the floating color,the soaping fastness of the polyester fabrics dyed with four disperse dyes basically reached the effect of traditional reduction cleaning,and the oxidation cleaning belonged to the sulfur-free cleaning method,which was worthy of further study.
