摘  要:针对转移印花纸存在的活性染料转移率低、难以循环再利用的问题,采用BOPP膜作为基材,涂布离型剂LR-119,制备出吸墨能力强、染料转移率高的转印膜,用于棉织物活性染料湿法转移印花。对离型剂LR-119的流变性能进行测试分析,并对转印膜制备工艺和转移印花工艺进行优化。结果表明:离型剂LR-119具有假塑性流体特征,触变性良好,黏度回复率为97.66%。转印膜制备工艺为:离型剂LR-119用量10%,涂布磁力大小70 N,磁棒运行速度0.4 m/min,烘干温度40℃,烘干时间6 min。制备的转印膜可重复利用,能满足活性染料湿法转移印花要求,转印织物表观得色量高,摩擦牢度和皂洗牢度可达到4~5级。In order to solve the problems of low transfer rate of reactive dyes and non-recycling of transfer printing paper, transfer film with strong ink absorption and high dye transfer rate for wet transfer printing of reactive dye on cotton fabric was prepared by coating release agent LR-119 on BOPP film. The rheology of the LR-119 release agent was tested and analyzed, and the preparation process of transfer film and transfer printing process were optimized. The results showed that LR-119 release agent had the characteristics of pseudoplastic fluid with good thixotropy, and the viscosity recovery rate was 97.66%. The preparation process of transfer film was as follows: the dosage of release agent LR-119 was 10%, coating magnetic force was 70 N, running speed of magnetic rod was 0.4 m/min, drying temperature was 40℃, and drying time was 6 min. The prepared transfer film could be reused and meet the requirements of wet transfer printing with reactive dyes. The transfer printing fabric had high surface color yield, and the rubbing fastness and soaping fastness could reach grade 4-5.
