摘  要:采用带镍转化炉的氢火焰离子化气相色谱仪测定聚合级丙烯中微量一氧化碳和二氧化碳。考察了气相色谱仪的操作参数对测定结果的影响,结果表明:Agilent 7890A气相色谱仪的较佳分析条件为:柱温为50℃、载气流速14.8 mL/min、进样量2mL、阀切换时间为1.8 min。在此条件下,标准气体中一氧化碳、二氧化碳的回收率为94%~101%,不同浓度的样品相对标准偏差为3.21%~5.68%,准确度和精密度均满足标准要求。The trace amount of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in propylene were determined by the hydrogen flame gas chromatography with nickel converter.The influence of the operating parameters of the commonly used gas chromatography on the measurement result was investigated.The results show that the optimum conditions were as follows:column temperature was 50℃,the flow rate of carrier gas was14.8 mL/min,sample volume was 2 mL,valve switching time was in 1.8 minutes.At optional conditions,calibration gases were measured,the rates of recovery of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide were 94%~101%,and the relative standard deviations were 3.21%~5.68%,which means its precision and accuracy could meet national standard requirements.
