摘　　要：随着国内PTA装置产能的迅速增加,致使整个行业利润不断缩窄,部分落后工艺和老旧装置的生产近乎处于亏损状态;在氧化单元,老旧装置大部分采用真空过滤机系统维持运行,本文对该系统运行参数进行了优化探索,降低了运行能耗物耗。With the rapid increase capacity of PTA,cause the profits of the whole industry of PTA continue to narrow,some old processes and devices plants are almost at a loss station;In the oxidation unit,the old processes plants are using the rotary vacuum filter to maintain operation,this article has to optimized the operate parameters of the system to reduce the operating energy and material consumption.
