摘　　要：西瓜噬酸菌(Acidovorax citrulli)引起的瓜类细菌性果斑病(Bacterial fruit blotch,BFB)是一种世界性病害,严重危害西瓜和甜瓜产业,造成严重经济损失。研究该病害的发生特点、明确其病原菌的致病机制、研发与集成多种防治方法,对于瓜类细菌性果斑病的防治具有重要意义。虽然瓜类细菌性果斑病是瓜类产业发展的重要制约因素之一,但对其病原菌致病机制的研究尚不够深入,系统的防治策略也尚未建立。因此,国外学者多年来持续地针对西瓜噬酸菌的特点、检测与防治方法进行了研究。特别是近年来,瓜类细菌性果斑病病原菌的致病机制、检测方法,以及病害的防治方面都取得了新的进展,对近5年国外在瓜类果斑病相关研究中的新发现进行了综述,以期为该病害今后的研究和防治策略提供新的思路。Bacterial fruit blotch(BFB)caused by Acidovorax citrulli is a worldwide disease,which seriously damages the watermelon and melon industry and causes serious economic losses.It is necessary to study the pathogenic mechanisms of A.citrulli and the characteristics of BFB,which is also of great significance to develop integrated control strategies for the disease.Although BFB causes serious damage,the pathogenic mechanism of A.citrulli is still unclear and the integrated control of BFB is still not established so far.Hence,many scholars focus on researching the mechanism of pathogenesis and developing effective management methods.Especially in recent years,there have been numerous new progress related to BFB research.In this paper,we summarized the new findings in the research of A.citrulli in recent 5 years to provide new insights for future research.
