摘　　要：目的评价护理风险管理在急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者中的应用效果。方法计算机检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、CINAHL、CNKI、万方数据知识服务平台和维普中文科技期刊数据库中涉及急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者呼吸机相关性肺炎干预效果的随机对照试验,检索时间为建库至2021年4月30日。两名研究人员对文献进行筛选、提取数据及质量评价后,使用RevMan 5.3软件进行定量分析。结果共纳入10篇随机对照试验。Meta分析结果显示实施护理风险管理的干预组患者呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率、环境舒适程度、护理风险事件发生率及护患纠纷发生率的效应量合并结果均优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理对于急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者呼吸机相关性肺炎有正向干预效果,能够有效降低急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率,提升护理环境舒适度及护理质量。Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing risk management on ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP)in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Methods Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,CINAHL,CNKI,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform and VIP related to the effect of intervention on VAP in patients with ARDS Randomized Controlled Trial(RCT)were searched,the search time was from the establishment of the database to April 30,2021.After the literature filtering,data extraction and quality evaluation were completed by 2 researchers,RevMan 5.3 software was used for quantitative analysis.Results A total of 10 RCTs were included.The results of Meta analysis showed that the combined results of VAP incidence,environmental comfort degree and nursing quality of the intervention group implementing nursing risk management were better than those of the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing risk management has a positive intervention effect on VAP in patients with ARDS,which can effectively reduce the incidence of VAP in patients with ARDS and improve the comfort of nursing environment and the quality of nursing.
