摘 要:为了全面监控烟用滤棒制备和使用过程中的痕量重金属水平,提高烟用滤棒的使用安全性,采用能量色散X射线荧光(EDXRF)光谱法,建立了滤棒中砷(As)和铅(Pb)的快速检测方法。结果表明:①方法的线性关系良好,方法回归方程的决定系数均大于0.98,满足GB/T 27404—2008的要求;砷和铅分别在0.118~1.882 mg/kg和0.716~10.738 mg/kg范围内线性关系良好,其检出限分别为0.035和0.215 mg/kg;②与YC/T 316—2014中的方法进行对比,EDXRF光谱法测定结果与电感耦合等离子体质谱法的相对偏差和RSD均小于20%;该方法具有快速、较准确、操作简单、耗材少和耗时短等优点。该方法适用于烟用滤棒生产过程的质量控制和产品的质量监督。To monitor the levels of trace heavy metals in filter rods during production and smoking,a method for rapidly determining the levels of arsenic(As)and lead(Pb)in filter rods was developed by adopting energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence(EDXRF)spectrometry.The results showed that:1)The linear determination coefficients were all greater than 0.98,which met the requirement of GB/T 27404—2008.The linear ranges of arsenic and lead were 0.118-1.882 and 0.716-10.738 mg/kg,and their limits of detection were 0.035 and 0.215 mg/kg,respectively.2)Compared with the method described in YC/T 316—2014,both the relative deviation and RSD between EDXRF and ICP-MS methods were less than 20%.The EDXRF method had the advantages of rapid,accurate,convenient in operation and less consumables needed.It is suitable for the quality control in the production process and the quality supervision of tobacco filter rods.
