摘 要:为解决卷烟主要物理指标质量监控样品无法检测通风率、无法重复使用等问题,设计了一种应用于卷烟综合测试台且可重复使用的监控样品。使用弹性材料作为包裹层、多孔材料作为填充层,实现监控样品的重复使用;利用吸阻恒流管和通风率恒流管,实现卷烟吸阻和通风指标的模拟;通过质量控制图实现检测过程监控,有效识别检测中的问题。对监控样品的性能和适用性进行评价,并对主要应用场景进行效果分析,结果表明:①实现了对卷烟质量、圆周、吸阻、硬度、长度、通风率等全部物理指标的模拟检测;②监控样品的稳定性和均匀性显著优于卷烟,各项指标变异系数均明显低于卷烟样品,硬度的变异系数<2%,其余指标的变异系数均<1%,连续5年测试的吸阻极差为9 Pa,通风率极差为1.7%,其余指标平均值和标准偏差基本无变化,适用于不同型号的卷烟综合测试台;③监控样品在卷烟物理指标实验室比对、检测过程监控、标准测量方法的重复性与再现性评价、测量审核4种质量控制活动中应用效果良好,能够保证测试结果的有效性与可比性。For testing ventilation rate,a reusable control sample was designed for cigarette test station.The control sample was composed of a wrapper layer of elastic material and a filler layer of porous material.The critical flow tubes used for draw resistance and ventilation rate testing were adopted to simulate the draw resistance and ventilation rate of cigarette.A quality control chart was used to monitor the testing process and effectively identify the problems in the testing process.The performance and applicability of the control sample were assessed and the effects in major application scenarios were analyzed.The results showed that:1)The simulative testing of all cigarette physical indexes,including weight,circumference,draw resistance,hardness,length and ventilation rate,were realized.2)The consistency and uniformity of the control sample was significantly better than those of cigarette.The coefficient of variation of all indexes was obviously lower than that of cigarette,that of hardness was lower than 2%and that of the other indexes was lower than 1%.The variation range of draw resistance was 9 Pa and that of ventilation rate was 1.7%during five successive years,and the means and standard deviations of the other indexes did not change basically.It suggested that designed control sample might be adaptable to cigarette test stations of different types.3)The control sample performed very well in inter-laboratory collaborative testing,testing process monitoring,the repeatability and reproducibility evaluation of standard measurement methods and measurement auditing,it guaranteed the effectiveness and comparability of test results.
