摘　　要：Duchenne肌营养不良(Duchenne muscular dystrophy, DMD)合并脊柱侧凸患者多伴有心肺功能不全、气道变异,是恶性高热的易感人群。脊柱矫形手术的麻醉管理需针对其疾病可能存在的风险以及脊柱矫形手术的特点制定麻醉方案。文章回顾性分析1例DMD合并脊柱侧凸患者行脊柱矫形手术麻醉管理的临床资料,以期为这类患者的麻醉管理提供参考。Duchenne muscular dystrophy(DMD)patients are often accompanied by cardiopulmonary insufficiency and abnormal airway and are susceptible to malignant hyperthermia.For orthopedical spinal surgery,an anesthetic plan should be formulated according to the anesthesia plan developed for DMD patients with respiratory,heart,airway,malignant hyperthermia susceptibility,other risks,and the characteristics of spinal orthopedic surgery.The clinical data of anesthesia management for spinal orthopedic surgery in a case of DMD complicated with scoliosis were retrospectively analyzed,and the related literature was reviewed.This case provides a reference for perioperative management of DMD patients.
