摘 要:目的探讨小规模限制性在线课程(SPOC)联合以问题为基础(PBL)的教学模式在体外膜肺氧合技术(ECMO)护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021年4—11月在郑州大学第二附属医院重症医学科学习ECMO技术的60例重症专科护士。按照来院先后顺序分组,选取第一批护士为对照组(30例),选取第二批为观察组(30例)。对照组接受传统的ECMO护理培训方法,观察组接受SPOC联合TBL教学模式的培训方法。比较培训后两组护士ECMO护理知识、操作及个案报告成绩以及岗位胜任力水平、护士培训满意度。结果观察组护士ECMO护理知识、操作、个案报告成绩及岗位胜任力各维度得分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士的培训满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比于传统的培训方式,SPOC联合PBL教学模式可提高护士ECMO护理知识、操作、个案报告成绩及岗位胜任力水平,提高教学满意度,具有较好的临床应用意义。Objective To explore the effect of small private online course(SPOC)combined with problem based learning(PBL)model in extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)nursing education.Methods A total of 60 intensive care nurses who had learned ECMO technology in the Intensive Care Unit of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from April to November 2021 were selected.They were divided according to the order of coming to the hospital.The first group of nurses were selected as control group(30 cases)and the second group were selected as observation group(30 cases).The control group accepted the traditional ECMO nursing training method,the observation group accepted SPOC combined with TBL teaching mode training method.The ECMO nursing knowledge,operation,case reporting results,post competency level and training satisfaction were compared between the two groups after training.Results The ECMO nursing knowledge,operation,case reporting results and post competence scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The training satisfaction of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional training mode,the SPOC combined with PBL education mode can improve nurses’ECMO nursing knowledge,operation,case reporting and post competence level,and improve the training satisfaction,which has a good clinical reference significance.
