养血升白膏联合人粒细胞集落刺激因子在化疗后骨髓抑制患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨养血升白膏联合人粒细胞集落刺激因子在化疗后骨髓抑制白细胞减少、贫血患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年6月至2021年6月宜阳县中医院收治的110例化疗后骨髓抑制白细胞减少、贫血患者,依照随机数表法分为试验组和对照组,每组55例。对照组接受人粒细胞集落刺激因子治疗,试验组接受人粒细胞集落刺激因子联合养血升白膏治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、骨髓抑制分级及治疗前后白细胞计数、血红蛋白、血细胞比容。结果试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后骨髓抑制分级比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者白细胞计数、血红蛋白、血细胞比容均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且试验组白细胞计数、血红蛋白、血细胞比容均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论养血升白膏联合人粒细胞集落刺激因子用于治疗化疗后骨髓抑制白细胞减少、贫血患者,能够改善临床症状,提高治疗效果。Objective To investigate the application effect of Yangxue Shengbai paste combined with human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor in patients with myelosuppressive leukopenia and anemia after chemotherapy.Methods A total of 110 patients with myelosuppressive leukopenia and anemia after chemotherapy who were admitted to Yiyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor,and the study group was treated with human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor combined with Yangxue Shengbai paste.The clinical efficacy,myelosuppression grade,white blood cell count,hemoglobin and hematocrit before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was a statistical difference in the grades of myelosuppression between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the white blood cell count,hemoglobin,and hematocrit in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the white blood cell count,hemoglobin,and hematocrit in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yangxue Shengbai paste combined with human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor can improve clinical symptoms and therapeutic effect of patients with myelosuppressive leukopenia and anemia after chemotherapy.
