摘　　要：聚焦超声(focused ultrasound,FU)消融作为一种体外微无创治疗技术,在浅表组织疾病治疗和皮肤美容应用中具有重要价值。目前临床研究已观察到FU消融的治疗效果,但也存在一定的安全问题,如何保证FU治疗后的安全是目前研究者所关注的热点话题。本文主要从疾病治疗、皮肤美容和其他浅表组织应用方面综述了FU消融在浅表组织中的应用进展,同时总结并分析了FU消融存在的安全问题以及面临的挑战,旨在为拓展FU消融在浅表组织中的临床应用提供参考。As a micro non-invasive treatment technology in vitro,focused ultrasound(FU)ablation has important value in the treatment of superficial tissue diseases and skin cosmetology.At present,clinical studies have observed significant therapeutic effects of FU ablation,but there are also certain safety problems.How to ensure the safety of FU after treatment is a hot topic concerned by researchers.This paper mainly reviewed the application progress of FU ablation in superficial tissues from the aspects of disease treatment,skin cosmetology and other superficial tissue applications,and the safety problems and challenges of FU ablation were summarized and analyzed,and to provide reference for expanding the clinical application of FU ablation in superficial tissues.
