摘　　要：本文对自然资源调查监测数据库建设的需求进行了分析,设计了数据库建设技术流程,对关键技术环节进行了探讨,并基于现有基础地理信息数据,以及土地、森林、草原、湿地、矿产等自然资源数据开展了建库技术实验,建立了数据库系统,希望能够为国家、省、市各级自然资源调查监测数据库建设提供借鉴。This paper analyzed the requirements of natural resource survey and monitoring database construction,designed the technical process of database construction,and discussed the key technical links.Based on the existing basic geographic information data and natural resources data such as land,forest,grassland,wetland and mineral resources,the database construction technology test was carried out,and the database system was established,which could provide reference for the construction of national,provincial and municipal natural resources survey and monitoring database.
