人口老龄化背景下数字鸿沟的影响因素研究——基于福州市居民的问卷调查

摘　　要：基于福州市老年人和民众对“老年人数字鸿沟”的问卷调查,通过AMOS结构方程模型、灰色关联模型等进行实证分析,结果表明:老年人产生数字鸿沟受多方面因素的影响,其中社群影响与努力期望直接影响使用意愿,便利条件、感知风险性和社群影响间接影响使用意愿;社群影响对老年人使用智能设备的意愿作用最大。应适度提升智慧养老政策支持力度,加强监督互联网违法行为;加快智慧产品适老化进程,提升老年人数字融入意愿;通过子女反哺、社区帮扶,形成良好的社会舆论氛围,积极推进老年人融入数字生活。Based on the questionnaire survey of“Digital divide among the elderly”in Fuzhou among citizens and the elderly,this paper makes an empirical analysis by Amos structural equation model and grey relational model.The results show that the digital divide among the elderly is affected by many factors,including community influence,effort expectation,perceived risk and efficacy expectation.Community influence and effort expectation directly influence the intention to use,while convenience condition,perceived risk and community influence indirectly influence the intention to use.Among them,the community influence has the biggest effect on the elderly's willingness to use smart devices.The government should enhance the support of smart pension policies,create an environment for the elderly to learn from the Internet,and strengthen the supervision of illegal acts on the Internet;enterprises should invest in research and development of aging-appropriate products in a targeted manner;and the elderly should increase their willingness to be digitally integrated;their children should strengthen the awareness of digital back-feeding and actively pay attention to the digital life of the elderly.
