摘  要:在换流变压器中,油纸绝缘结构主要由矿物油和绝缘纸组成,而植物油应用较少。为了研究不同种类绝缘油对油纸绝缘空间电荷特性的影响,制备了KI 50X矿物油和FR3植物油与Kraft绝缘纸组合的两种油纸绝缘结构。通过电声脉冲法测量了两种油纸试样在直流电场下加压和去压时的空间电荷波形分布,得到了矿物油浸纸与植物油浸纸的空间电荷积聚特性和消散特性。结果表明:在加压阶段,FR3试样空间电荷积聚量更多;在去压阶段,FR3试样空间电荷残余量更少。两种油纸试样内部陷阱均以浅陷阱为主,FR3试样拥有更多的较浅能级陷阱,能够使空间电荷更快消散;KI 50X试样拥有更多的较深能级陷阱,有更多的残余空间电荷。从空间电荷特性的角度,植物油浸纸可以应用于换流变压器油纸绝缘结构。In converter transformer,oil-paper insulation structure is mainly composed of mineral oil and insulating paper,while vegetable oil is rarely used.In order to study the influences of different types of insulating oil on the space charge characteristics of oil-paper insulation,two kinds of oil-paper insulation structures,KI 50 X mineral oil and FR3 vegetable oil combined with Kraft insulation paper,were prepared.The space charge waveform distribution of two kinds of oil-paper samples under DC electric field was measured by the pulsed electro-acoustic method when they were under pressurization and depressurization.The space charge accumulation and dissipation characteristics of mineral oil-paper and vegetable oil-paper were obtained.The results show that,in the pressurization stage,the FR3 sample accumulates more space charge;in the depressurization stage,the FR3 sample has less residual space charge.The internal traps of the two oil-paper samples are mainly shallow energy level traps,and FR3 sample has more shallow energy level traps,which can enable the space charge to dissipate faster.KI 50 X sample has more deep energy level traps and more residual space charge.From the perspective of space charge characteristics,vegetable oil-paper can be applied to the insulation structure of converter transformer.
