摘  要:为突破静电雾化的高流量稳定雾化瓶颈,通过构建带侧沟槽的多棱柱电场增强结构喷嘴,探讨了其大流量下静电雾化多股射流的雾化稳定性,获得了随流量变化的多股射流稳定雾化的电压区间及雾滴粒度的分布特征。实验结果表明:新型喷嘴抑制了液滴倒吸和液面波动,消除了多股射流的周期性失稳,稳定雾化流量较平口光滑喷嘴提高了一个数量级以上;随着流量的成倍增加,多股射流可在一个较宽的电压区间实现稳定雾化,雾滴的单分性先降低后逐步提升,平均粒径表现为非线性的增长,且雾化液滴的尺度得到了有效控制。此外,通过雾化微电流的动态监测,进一步验证新型结构喷嘴更容易保持多股射流的稳定运行,有利于静电雾化技术多领域的推广应用。To improve the stable atomization throughput of electrospray,a self-made hexagonal cylindrical nozzle with side grooves was developed,which can enhance the electric field of the emission point.The atomization stability of its charged multi-jet under high flow rate conditions was studied,and the variation of voltage range and drop size distribution characteristics of the stable multi-jet with the flow rate were obtained.The results show that,compared with a smooth flat capillary nozzle,the new nozzle inhibits the drop’s backsuction and liquid surface fluctuation,resulting in eliminating the periodic instability of multi-jet caused by the fluctuation of liquid level and achieving stable atomization in a wide voltage range.With the rapid increase of the flow rate,the monodispersity of droplets will decrease and then increase subsequently,the Sauter mean diameter(SMD)of the droplet shows a nonlinear increase,and the atomization throughput at a given SMD is more than an order of magnitude higher than that of the smooth flat capillary nozzle.Therefore,it is verified that the scale of the droplets generated by the new nozzle can be effectively controlled.In addition,the current stability is directly related to the spray stability,the monitoring of atomization current further verifies that the new nozzle can significantly improve the atomization stability of the large flow multi-jet,which will promote the application of electrostatic atomization technology in many fields.
