摘 要:根据智能电网发展要求,在现有无功电压综合控制(automatic voltage control,AVC)系统基础上,将变电站无功源配置成具有较大数量(高比例),容量可连续动态调节的新型磁控电抗器(magneticallycontrolledreactor,MCR),实现区域电网无功电压智能精准调控。提出了基于高比例磁控电抗器的地区AVC系统构架及磁控电抗器与区域内各无功电压调控设备的协调控制策略。通过对装配数十台,总容量为150 MVA的高比例磁控电抗器的某实际城市电网220 kV区域电网进行仿真研究,结果表明所提方法可有效改善区域电网的无功电压,降低系统线路损耗。此外,根据近几年该系统运行数据,高比例磁控电抗器区域电网的电容器组、电抗器组及变压器分接开关的动作次数大幅度降低,这在一定程度上延长了设备使用寿命,降低了调度及运检人员的工作强度。According to the requirements of the smart grid,a large number of continuously regulated reactive sources,the magnetically controlled reactors(MCRs),instead of traditional switched fixed capacitor banks and reactors,are introduced to realize regional automatic voltage control(AVC)coordinated precise control.A regional AVC system architecture based on high proportion MCRs is put forward,and a coordinated control strategy between MCRs and reactive voltage control equipment inside the region is proposed.Moreover,the 220 kV regional power grid equipped with dozens of high proportion magnetically controlled reactors with a total capacity of 150 MVA is investigated through simulations.The results show that the proposed method can be adopted to significantly improve the reactive power distribution and voltage quality of regional power grid and reduce the line losses.In addition,according to the operation data of the system in recent years,the switching times of capacitor banks,reactors and transformer tap changers in the regional power grid with high proportion of MCRs are greatly reduced,the service life of equipment is prolonged,and the work intensity of dispatching and inspection personnel is reduced.
