摘 要:为实现配电变压器灵活可靠调压,采用复合开关级联H桥模块作为一种新型的有载分接开关,稳定状态时,复合开关中机械开关流过负载电流实现低的导通损耗,分接开关切换过程中,复合开关中电力电子开关辅助机械开关实现无弧开断,并利用电力电子开关的时序控制方法限制环流的产生。H桥连接结构中控制开关的通断改变调压绕组接入主电路状态,结合提出的调压绕组编码策略,实现最少的调压绕组组合出最多的调压状态,大幅节省复合开关数量和调压绕组的数量。结果表明,采用所提出的新型有载调压分接开关及其控制方法的配电变压器可以实现跨级快速宽幅无弧调压。In order to achieve flexible and reliable voltage regulation of distribution transformers,a hybrid-switch cascaded H-bridge module is used as a new type of on-load tap changer.In a steady state,the mechanical switch in the hybrid switch transmits the load current resulting in low steady-state losses.During the tap change process,the power electronic switch assists the mechanical switch in the hybrid switch to achieve arc-free breaking,and the timing control method of the power electronic switches is used to limit the generation of circulation.In the H-bridge connection structure,the on-off of the hybrid switch changes the state of the regulated winding connected to the main circuit.The fewest regulated windings can be combined with coding strategy to achieve the maximum regulation states,and the number of hybrid switches and the number of regulated windings can be greatly saved.The results show that the distribution transformer in which the proposed new on-load tap changer and its control method are adopted can achieve cross-stage,rapid,wide-range and arc-free voltage adjustment.
