摘  要:针对某型核动力航天器用附属管件的制备,根据管件的技术要求从管件制备材料的选择、成型方法的比较、螺旋冷弯成形工艺制备过程、管件制备质量及性能检测等四个方面对管件产品的开发应用进行了阐述,最终采用TA1钛材成功制备出壁厚为1 mm、直径为500 mm、长度为6000 mm的大尺寸、耐高温钛合金管件,可在600 K的温度下长期工作;选用的螺旋冷弯咬合技术工艺简单、产品性能可靠,在以后航天类的其他功能性管件的制备中具有较大的推广意义。In this paper,aiming at the preparation of auxiliary pipe fittings for a certain type of nuclear power spacecraft,according to the technical requirements of the pipe fittings,the pipe fittings are prepared from four aspects:the selection of pipe fittings,the comparison of forming methods,the preparation process of the spiral cold bending forming process,and the quality and performance testing of the pipe fittings.Finally,TA1 titanium material is used to successfully prepare large-sized,hightemperature-resistant titanium alloy pipe fittings with a wall thickness of 1mm,a diameter of 500mm,and a length of 6000mm,which can work for a long time at a temperature of 600K.The selected spiral cold-bending occlusal technology has a simple process and reliable product performance,which has great promotion significance in the preparation of other functional pipe fittings for aerospace in the future.
