摘  要:由于空调风机风道和出风口的风噪是方舱主要噪声源,随着放置于设备方舱内部的电子设备功耗不断上升,因此造成方舱内设备噪音也迅速上升,该问题在小型方舱中特别突出。为满足操作人员在方舱内部工作的舒适性要求,降噪问题是方舱设计中迫在眉睫需要解决的问题。利用仿真优化风道流场,减少由于流场扰动造成的噪音,并采取结构与降噪功能一体化设计方法,达到降低尺寸较小的方舱设备噪声的目的。结果表明:将消声器、降噪迷宫结构等降噪设备和结构设计结合考虑,保证风道流场无漩涡,出风口风速在5 m/s~7 m/s范围内,方舱内部噪声可下降5 dB~6 dB,满足人员活动区域保证气流和温度场均匀,同时方舱的噪音控制在适合的范围内,为方舱人机工程设计提供一种方法和参考。As the wind noise of the air duct and air outlet of the air conditioner fan is the main noise source of the shelter,with the increasing power consumption of the electronic equipment placed in the equipment shelter,the equipment noise in the shelter also rises rapidly,this problem is particularly prominent in small shelters.In order to meet the comfort requirements of operators working in the shelter,noise reduction is an urgent problem to be solved in the shelter design.Optimize the air duct flow field by simulation to reduce the noise caused by flow field disturbance,and adopt the integrated design method of structure and noise reduction function to reduce the noise of shelter equipment with small size.The results show that:considering the noise reduction equipment such as muffler and noise reduction labyrinth structure and structural design,through simulation,it can ensure that the air duct flow field has no vortex,the air outlet wind speed is in the range of 5 m/s~7 m/s,the internal noise of the shelter can be reduced by 5 dB~6 dB,which can meet the requirements of ensuring the uniformity of air flow and temperature field in the personnel activity area,and the noise of the shelter is controlled within the appropriate range,which provides a method and reference for the comfort performance design of the shelter.
