摘 要:为了在保证工程质量的前提下能够尽可能的降低成本,需要在对建设工程造价起主要影响的设计阶段进行事前控制,将BIM技术与价值工程相结合对造价进行分析、控制,能够有效解决传统设计阶段常发生的超支现象,利用BIM技术的可视化、协同性信息集成化管理等特点,再与价值工程结合构建一套完整的应用流程,既实现了建设项目所需的必要功能,又降低了工程项目成本。In order to reduce the cost as much as possible on the premise of ensuring the quality of the project,it is necessary to control the design stage which has a major impact on the cost of the construction project in advance.By combining BIM technology with value engineering to analyze and control the cost,which can effectively solve the overspend phenomenon that often occurs in the traditional design stage.Using the characteristics of visualization and collaborative information integration management of BIM technology,and combining with value engineering to build a complete set of application process,it not only realizes the necessary functions of the construction project,but also reduces the cost of the project.
